These terms are written to be read. Using Tilo means you agree to them.

What Tilo is - and is not

Tilo provides informational guidance about using your iPhone. It is an assistant, not a technician, and its suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You stay in charge: you perform the taps, and you should not follow a step that feels wrong. Tilo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, and it never provides medical, legal, or financial advice - for account security emergencies, contact Apple or your bank directly.

Your responsibility for your device and data

Changes you make to your device settings or content - including deleting photos, apps, or messages - are your actions. Back up anything you care about. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss, device issues, or other damages arising from following guidance, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Where the law grants you rights that cannot be limited, those rights stand.

Subscriptions and the free week

New users receive 7 days of full access as a gift - no payment method required, nothing to cancel. Afterward you may use the free plan (a monthly allowance of conversations) or subscribe to Tilo Plus through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your iPhone's Settings; Apple's own terms govern billing and refunds.

Fair use

Do not use Tilo to attempt anything unlawful, to probe or disrupt the service, or to seek guidance for accessing devices or accounts that are not yours. We may suspend service that abuses the system or degrades it for others.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so plainly before the change applies to you.
