- Is my free week really free?
- Yes. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel. When the week ends, you simply choose: stay on the free plan or subscribe.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, and choose Tilo. The app's own Settings screen has a "Manage subscription" button that takes you there.
- Can it see my screen without me knowing?
- No. Screen sharing only happens when you start it yourself during a call, using the iPhone's own controls, and iOS shows its recording indicator the whole time.
- Why does it sometimes say "I'm not sure"?
- Because honesty is the whole point. When it cannot verify something, it says so and points you to the right human - usually Apple support or your carrier.
- Where are my conversations stored?
- On your phone. We do not keep copies on our servers - see the privacy policy for the plain-words version of exactly what leaves your device and why.
- I found a mistake in an answer.
- Please email it to us. Real examples from real people are how the helper gets better.
